Easy Jog and Mobility exercises

I just finished a 4.833km running that lasted about 0hh:37mm:29ss !

Second day of training of the new running season.
I decided for a short and easy jog as a warming-up despite the temperature at Barcelona is still around 30 Degrees Celsius, LoL.
Then I have done a complete session of mobility exercises and dynamic stretching, trying to increase my flexibility, in particular in the groins area which yesterday was so painful.
The exercises went well and I have noticed some release in my tendons.
This week is going to be quiet in terms of run kilometers. I do not want to get injured so early so, slowly but surely is the way to heal my pains now.
