Sun Farewell Run

I just finished a 6.118km running that lasted about 0hh:34mm:21ss !

I went for running late in the afternoon since it was so hot outside that was impossible to do it earlier.
I did a little bit longer and include some parts running over the hill and it has been a good decision since I have had the chance to witness a beautiful sunset over the city while running that has been like getting a nice prize for the effort.

Running feelings are getting better despite the temperature and I think I have managed to get under control the pain of my right leg groin so, seems that the mobility and stretching exercises combined with an extra income of Magnesium and other salts in my hydration routine after training are doing a good job.

I am in the good way!
