Making progress...
I just finished a 8.257km running that lasted about 0hh:43mm:5ss !
...or better said, running in progression for the first time since the start of the new running season.
Sensations during yesterday's run were so good that I decided to check different paces in progression.
As usual, I started slowly and I slightly increased the pace km after km, paying attention to run always within the aerobical zone.
I have to say that I am really happy to see that I am progressing really well. I thought that, after 1 month break from running, it would cost me longer to acquire good feelings while running but it is not the case...
At the end, it has been 7 km run in 33 minutes, starting the first km at 5'40"/km pace and ending the 7th at 4'11"/km...Then I did run another km slowly for cooling down and did some soft stretching at the end after watering ;-).
Starting from tomorrow I am going to include some running drills including explosive exercises as short sprints, steps and stairs and multi jumps...
It's time to get a higher fitness level, better reactivity and force.
