Relaxed Recovery Run

I just finished a 5.032km running that lasted about 0hh:27mm:9ss !

Forcing me to run slow, very slow... without looking for any performance, no goal, just to enjoy and recover from yesterday's long run, which was quite hard given the weather conditions, a lot of wind.
Despite many disagree, there is nothing better to get recovered than a short, smooth jog the day after you've exerted a considerable running effort.
Then, 10 minutes of stretching and you are almost as good as new to face another day of training load tomorrow.

Keep on running!

*When someone tells you that what you want to do is impossible, change the word in your head to hard. What you want to do is hard. Hard is doable – it just requires dedicated work and effort and you can make it happen.
