Training while raining worth twice

I just finished a 5.013km running that lasted about 0hh:27mm:11ss !

Almost skipped my training today since it was heavily raining when I went out.
Anyway, I have found a moment when the rain has diminished its intensity and I have seen the "window of opportunity" open to me.
Today the training has been composed of a soft jog and core strengthening exercises, planks and pushups. It is good to work the upper body as well to maintain a balanced body and that is why I have decided to focus on that. Even so, I finished training with a good 5 km on my legs.
Manyana I have already thought of a session of intervals that will demand the maximum of these little legs.
