Fartlek Mode 2'+2'

I just finished a 9.459km running that lasted about 0hh:44mm:1ss !

Excellent feelings today. I don't know if it is due that I slept pretty well last night but I found this workout easier than expected or perhaps is that I have to find harder exercises (LOL)
It was a Fartlek workout done on Hills, 8 Intervals of 2' Fast and 2' Slow, run by feelings whatever the slope or the ground level.
My impressions before doing the exercise were that I was going to suffer but at the end, it has been a good workout without pain...
Anyway, for tomorrow I am planning a softer training, more focused on Core Exercises to give a resting to my legs.
