Sweaty, smashed but happy inside.

What training is giving you?

Besides the epic physical feeling the mental aspect of the game is much more important for me at least.

Sometimes people say to me things like - "Ugh, training martial arts makes you aggressive!"

I havent heard bigger bullshit in my life ... If i do martial arts 3, 4 times per week Ive already gotten every bit of aggression out of my system and Im quite mellow and agreeable especially after practice.
