May 13, 2020 walking trail of Healthy

tonight,
I went out to sport at 9 o'clock.

I have to many parks,
but, thare there are many people,
At last,
I To this little park.

This little park,
There is a walking trail of Healthy,
It is a circular walk with a length of 100 meters.
This trail is paved with small stones,
According to experts,
Walking barefoot on it,
Can improve the function of body tissues,
Good for your health.
So I wear socks,
Walk on the walking trail of Healthy.

I there are also running on the sidewalk outside the park,
At the same time, some pictures of flowers and plants were taken.

2020年5月13日 健康的步道

今天晚上,
我在9点的时候出门运动.

到了不少的公园,
都有不少的人,
最后,
到了这个小公园.

这个小公园,
有一条健康步道,
它是长度100公尺的圆型步道.
这个步道是用小石头所铺设的,
根据专家的说法,
赤脚在上面行走,
可以改善身体组织的机能,
有益身体健康.
所以我穿着袜子,
在健康步道上来行走.

也有在公园外的人行道跑步,
同时拍照了一些花草的照片.

Walking barefoot is for sure healthier. So many people are outside. I try to avoid them as much as possible. I am not fond of people.
