今個新年，大家都減少拜年。我也宅了在家，找一些工作及報告來做。不想無所事事。

今天也用了一些時間，整理了香港一位醫護的Whatsapp分享的字幕稿，剛剛放上Youtube：

心中盤算，應該也要宅在家一段時間，必須要找一些方法鍛鍊身體，要不然當要外出時，身體會承受不了。
