This is a rather interesting situation, when a professional trainer approach me who is trying to lose weight, it's rather embarrassing for me to decline. I'm not saying he's wrong, it's just business. If I'm going to take the offer, I need to be sure to prepare for the worst. Bear in mind, 95% of the work are in the kitchen, only 5% are physically involved with exercises. So, if I'm not mentally ready for that kind of torture, chances are the weight loss program is going to fail.

So yeah, which is why I'm still on my usual #fitness2020 routine. I would like to extend my gratitude to @olivia08 for keep doing it and tagging me on her workout video. I'm grateful for that because she keeps on reminding I have a mission.

How are you doing if it comes to weight lost? You can use a part of your time in the kitchen for cleaning up, practicing muscle contractions etc. Good luck.

My weight loss is still going on, but currently on a slowing down pace, due to lockdown reopening and I have less time now, work need to catch up and oftenly came back home late. I also sit for longer hours and eat a lot more due to the work stress(I know it's an excuse, lemme try to gain back the habit of gulping in plain water).

At first I ate more too but now one meal is enough. I found the new rhythm. I only need two more kilos although I have the weight I set in December 2019. I hope your work issues will be solved. 💕
