Hi, how are you?
Today I'm going to talk about palm strike and punch. What can you find useful? Whether you learn a martial art or not, you know one strike, that is, punch. You can punch properly or not, that's another discussion.

Palm strike does not seem familiar if you do not practice martial arts. You hit with your palm when you do palm strike. On the other hand, you hit with knuckles with punches. If you punch on something hard, you might damage your knuckles. You can easily do palm strike and hit on something hard.

Palm strike for the win! Also has to do with the way a palm transfers energy into the target. A soft weighted leather sap will knock out a person much more easily than a hard object. A palm to the side of the neck, head area is much easier to pull off, much more efficient and requires next to no training to fall back on when youre under duress and are scared and list upper cognitive thinking and fine motor control.

You can do palm strikes in different parts of the body. It is highly effective for self-defense. If someone has no training, it is not recommended to do that because he could hit with fingers while doing palm strikes and end up breaking his fingers.

Thank you so much @hidave for your feedback!
