¡Feliz inicio de semana! Les deseo buenas vibras y hermosos días. Por aquí estoy de nuevo y quiero contarles y hacerles una pequeña reseña de un nuevo lugar (para mí) que visite y se trata de la sala deportiva de Xtreme Bike, Spinning y Pilates, Lathir.

Desde hace unos meses,yo tenía la idea de asistir a este lugar. Sin embargo, no me había motivado a ir sola. Pero está vez, tome acción y decidí ir el viernes. Puesto que a las 7 pm era la clase de uno de los instructores que conocí en el taller de técnicas básicas.

Considero que las personas irradian su energía, y yo combino con esa energía radiante, brillante como la de la luz natural (sol) es mi Match perfecto.

A pesar de las exigencias del deporte e inclusive en plena clase, me sentía animada. Yo de verdad admiro mucho a los instructores, porque para lograr la certificación les costo tiempo, horas de estudio, esfuerzo, dedicación y dinero. Y además, se que tienen Una resistencia increíble.

Me gustó este lugar, porque cuenta con un café, una sala amplia de espera y además cuentan con una aplicación para apartar la bicicleta si pagas sus planes personalizados.

Happy start of the week! I wish you good vibes and beautiful days. Here I am again and I want to tell you about a new place (for me) that I visited and it is the sports hall of Xtreme Bike, Spinning and Pilates, Lathir.

Since a few months ago, I had the idea to go to this place. However, I had not been motivated to go alone. But this time, I took action and decided to go on Friday. Since at 7 pm was the class of one of the instructors I met in the basic techniques workshop.

I believe that people radiate their energy, and I combine that with radiant energy, bright as natural light (sunshine) is my perfect match.

Despite the demands of the sport and even in the middle of the class, I felt exhilarated. I really admire the instructors, because it took time, hours of study, effort, dedication and money to get certified. And besides, I know they have incredible stamina.

I liked this place, because it has a cafe, a large waiting room and they also have an app to reserve the bike if you pay for your personalised plans.
