Greetings to all. I went to Energy Bike for a spinning class and the experience was amazing. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was energizing, with motivational music that already put you in a good mood. The room was full of exercise bikes, all lined up and ready for action.

The instructor was very enthusiastic and started the class with a brief introduction, explaining the routine of the day.
