El Martes 06 de Julio del año 2021, se jugó la primera semifinal de la Eurocopa, en donde Italia se midió a la siempre difícil selección de España en el Estadio de Wembley. Además, el compromiso estuvo a cargo del colegiado, Felix Brych, quien cuenta con 45 años y tiene consigo mucha experiencia en esta clase de partidos.
De igual manera, los dirigidos por Roberto Mancini, entendían el significado y el valor de este encuentro, ya que se jugaban el pase a la gran final del europeo de la UEFA.
El partido comenzaría con mucha intensidad, con una Italia en busca de la primera anotación y España teniendo la posesión del balón en la zona medular de la cancha, en donde Pedro González López se hacia presente con la visión de juego que lo caracteriza para filtrar pases a profundidad y a las espaldas de los zagueros centrales Italianos. A pesar de ser un primer tiempo trabado y con pocas llegadas, Italia, siguió confiando en su dibujo táctico de 4-3-3 y manteniendo un orden impecable en todas las líneas. Nicolò Barella, mediocampista Italiano y con atrevimiento para llegar al área chica, fue de lo mejor en los primeros 45' minutos entre Italianos y Españoles.
¿Tengo algo que analizar sobre este primer periodo?
En la primera etapa, fueron pocas las aproximaciones en los diferentes arcos. Barella, en la fracción 3' desaprovecho una ocasión clara que termino pegando en el travesaño. Luego, Dani Olmo, tuvo la oportunidad de anotar al minuto 25', en donde intervino Gianluigi Donnarumma para ahogarle el grito de gol al Español. Del resto, los primeros 45' minutos concluyeron con poca efectividad y un orden defensivo que se vio reflejado en varios pasajes del encuentro. Desde mi punto de vista y analizando lo que hizo Italia sin la tenencia del balón, me parece justo e importante esa ocupación de espacios que tiene la selección azul. Además, tienen tres mediocampistas que poseen buena visión de juego y se comunican constantemente en esa posición de la cancha.

Se abrió el marcador: ¿quién anotó?
Los segundos 45' minutos serian más emocionantes, debido a que Italia seguía buscando a como de lugar la primera anotación del encuentro y España tranquilizando el juego con la tenencia del balón cuando le tocaba recuperar. Aún así, la selección de Roberto Mancini, logro abrir el marcador al minuto 60', luego de un rebote que dejo el defensor Aymeric Laporte dentro del área chica, para que Federico Chiesa sacará un fuerte disparo con su pierna derecha, dejando sin reacción al guardameta Unai Simón.
Después del tanto de Chiesa, Italia, se replegó y realizando algunas modificaciones en el once inicial, dándole ingresó a Domenico Berardi al 61', Matteo Pessina en la fracción 74' y Rafael Tolói.
¿Qué se puede analizar del gol de Federico Chiesa?
Este es el segundo gol de Federico Chiesa en la Eurocopa, el anterior se lo marco a Austria en los octavos de final. Chiesa, ha demostrado que es una pieza indispensable en la nómina titular del entrenador Italiano, Roberto Mancini, quien ha confiado plenamente en el jugador de la Juventus de Turín. A sus 23 años de edad, el ex futbolista de la Associazione Calcio Fiorentina, sigue sacando todo su repertorio en partidos decisivos.
Analizando a este jugador, pienso que tiene un gran futuro por delante y una carrera envidiable. Posee mucha destreza e inteligencia en tan sólo segundos.

Llegó el empate en las piernas de un delantero con olfato goleador
Al minuto 62', ingresó el atacante Álvaro Morata por Ferran Torres, para buscar el partido y tratar de incomodar a la defensa Italiana, quien estaba haciendo una excelente labor en la ocupación de espacios e interfiriendo en los disparos de los Españoles. En la fracción 80', Morata, hizo una pared con Dani Olmo, este último, se la sirvió como con la mano en el área chica, para que finalmente el ariete Español terminara definiendo ante la humanidad de Donnarumma. Desde ese preciso instante, las dos selecciones se resignaron a la prorroga.
¿Sucedió algo en el tiempo extra?
En los 30' minutos de la prorroga, la selección que genero más ocasiones de gol fue España, quien con varias proyecciones por los costados logro inquietar a una defensa de Italia que esta muy bien equilibrada y concentrada. Además, no sucedería nada en el tiempo extra y esto se tenia que decidir desde la muerte súbita de los penales.
¿Que puedo analizar sobre el segundo tiempo y el alargue?
En el segundo tiempo, ambas selecciones fueron por el cotejo, pero descuidaron los contraataques, los cuales serian vitales para el empate en los segundos 45' minutos. Igualmente, en la prorroga, Italianos y Españoles darían 30' minutos más de infarto y nerviosismo. España, lo tuvo para ganar, aunque, la defensa de Italia respondió bien y rechazo todos los balones que quedaban en el corazón del área.
Ahora, analizando este choque entre Italia y España, puedo analizar que durante los 120' minutos, cualquier selección podía ganar. Italia, en ciertos pasajes del encuentro fue mejor, pero España mantuvo su idea y fue creciendo con los cambios. Con la variante de Álvaro Morata, el desequilibrante Dani Olmo se soltó más en la cancha y pudo intervenir más en las jugadas colectivas de la roja.

En la tanda de los penaltis, existía el nerviosismo y la frialdad de algunos jugadores para definir con tranquilidad ante el guardameta contrario. Análisis sobre el pase de Italia a la final
Sinceramente, por lo que venia haciendo Italia, creo que es merecido que este en la final de la Euro. Es una selección compacta, concentrada y que posee una buena defensa con enorme experiencia en la Serie A, de Italia. Sin embargo, desde mi análisis, deberán tener mucho cuidado cuando se midan este Domingo a Inglaterra, para definir el campeón de esta competición.

So excited the Italians were able to make it out of the semi final game against Spain. Despite the La Furia Roja dominating major part of the game due to their possession based football.
