Today I will share with you a space dedicated to sport that moves the masses, to sport that stops the whole world at every World Cup, to sport King, to soccer.
In this particular case, we can all say that we have practiced it at some time or have known it, because as Professor Miguel Pla says in his World Soccer program, as long as someone kicks a ball, in any corner of the planet, soccer will live forever.

Les comento que a mis hijos les encanta jugarlo y la adrenalina al meter un gol es algo incomparable, tanto para ellos como para mí. Es emocionante verlos aprender, inculcarles los valores y disciplina que aporta la práctica deportiva, que hagan nuevas amistades y que sepan que deben prepararse para competir, defendiendo a su equipo con pasión y de manera sana.

I tell them that my children love to play it and the adrenaline when they score a goal is something incomparable, both for them and for me. Siguiendo el esquema de mis publicaciones, comenzaré con una breve reseña histórica, luego con su evolución en el tiempo hasta lo que conocemos en la actualidad, como elemento novedoso y que ha impactado en el desarrollo y resultado del juego debemos mencionar la implementación del VAR (Traducido al español es Arbitro Asistente de Video) para la toma de decisiones en jugadas polémicas.

Following the outline of my publications, I will begin with a brief historical review, then with its evolution over time until what we know today, as a novel element and has impacted the development and outcome of the game we must mention the implementation of the VAR (Video Assistant Referee) for decision making in controversial plays.

El origen del futbol según la historia, nace en Inglaterra a mediados del siglo XIX, entre 1.860 y 1.865 y derivó del rugbi. Siendo entre los años de 1.871-72 cuando se conformó la competición de liga más antigua, la FA CUP de Inglaterra. Acá en nuestro continente con orgullo ostentamos la primera competencia entre países, que en un principio fue llamada campeonato sudamericano de futbol y hoy en día es la Copa América, la cual data del año 1.916 y donde se lucha en buena lid para elegir al equipo campeón de este hemisferio, en el cual sin duda aún conservamos el mejor futbol y de donde han salido los jugadores más destacados.
Solo tendríamos que mencionar algunos como: Edson Arantes (El Rey Pelé), Diego Maradona (El Diez), Alfredo Di Estéfano (La Saeta Rubia), Ronaldo Nazario (El Fenómeno), Enzo Franchescoli (El Príncipe), Mario Kempes (EL Matador), Carlos Valderrama (El Pibe), Luis Mendoza (Mendocita), Teófilo Cubillas (El Nene), José Luis Chillavert (Chila) y a Alexis Sánchez (Niño Maravilla).

The origin of soccer according to history, was born in England in the mid-nineteenth century, between 1860 and 1865 and derived from rugby. Being between the years of 1871-72 when it was formed the oldest league competition, the FA CUP of England. Here in our continent we proudly hold the first competition between countries, which was originally called the South American soccer championship and today is the America's Cup, which dates from 1916 and where they fight in good fight to choose the champion team of this hemisphere, which undoubtedly still has the best soccer and where the most outstanding players have come from.

En la actualidad podemos ver desde la pasada década un gran dominio por parte de los dos jugadores más destacados como lo son Lionel Messi y Cristiano Ronaldo, quienes elevaron el juego a otro nivel, con una notable acumulación de títulos y récords individuales jamás pensada.

Por esto y mucho más, el Futbol es pasión, es amor por tu país, el Futbol es Universal.

Today we can see from the past decade a great dominance by the two most prominent players such as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, who raised the game to another level, with a remarkable accumulation of titles and individual records never thought of.
