Hola estimados Hivers, el día de hoy comenzó la post temporada en nuestra pelota nacional la LVBP, mejor conocido como el Round Robin. Esta temporada los equipos clasificados son Cardenales de Lara, Caribes de Anzoátegui, Tigres de Aragua y Navegantes del Magallanes, las series enfrentarán a los Navegantes versus Caribes y Tigres versus Cardenales y estas semifinales ya arrojaron los primeros resultados.

Me centraré en el juego de los navegantes y los Caribes quienes llegan con una gran expectativa y sus ánimos arriba, Caribes con su poderío ofensivo y la nave turca con el impulso de haber clasificado al dejar en el terreno a su ultimo rival. Este escenario realza las emociones ya que cada equipo lucha por hacerse de un puesto en las finales para optar al campeonato nacional y posteriormente tener el honor de representar a Venezuela en la serie del Caribe, competición de gran prestigio e historia donde los países se arman con los mejores jugadores de sus ligas.

El partido se jugo en el estadio José Pérez Colmenares de la ciudad de Maracay y comenzó a las 5:00 pm, fue un gran partido de pelota con muchos batazos importantes lo que generó buena cantidad de carreras inicialmente por parte de los navegantes quienes abrieron el marcador con una rayita en el segundo inning, volvió a anotar dos carreras en el tercero y sumó dos más en el cuarto episodio, lo que nos hizo pensar en que iban a barrer con los Caribes y eso me impresionó mucho porque el equipo oriental tiene un roster de lujo y gozan de la mejor máquina fabricadora de carreras por lo que no podía creer que estaban perdiendo el encuentro por 5 – 0 en el cuarto episodio.
Al cerrar esa cuarta entrada, los Caribes inician sus anotaciones con dos carreras y salen de la efímera blanqueada, Pero no fue sino hasta el cierre de ese quinto inning cuando el pitcher del Magallanes Erick Leal mostró algo de descontrol otorgando 3 boletos en esa misma entrada llenando las bases, lo que sirvió de oportunidad para el peligroso bateador Oswaldo Arcial quien aprovechó un pitcheo en su zona de poder y conectó un cuadrangular con las bases llenas, lo que conocemos como Grand Slam, a partir de allí los bates de Caribes despertaron y dieron vuelta al marcador 7 carreras por 5, una ventaja que defendería la tribu.
En el cierre del sexto incrementaron su ataque con varios hits colocando corredores en las almohadillas. Y en ese inning Luis Sardiñas conectó un doble empujador de dos anotaciones más, el manager Carlos García trae un pitcher zurdo que fue recibido con otro hit y luego ponchó a Castillo pero recibió hit impulsador de Niuman Romero. El almirante hace otro cambio y trae otro pitcher derecho, pero es recibido con hit del peligrosísimo William Astudillo, llega el turno para Arcia quien responde nuevamente con un batazo impulsador de dos carreras para un total de seis empujadas en todo el partido, ahora la pizarra indica que sigue ganando Caribes 12 por 5.

Luego el equipo de los navegantes hizo algunos intentos para regresar al juego, colocando hombres en primera y segunda base para el bateador Renato Núñez quien sorprende con un batazo de cuatro esquinas, impulsando tres carreras, devolviendo la emoción al encuentro.
Posteriormente el Magallanes fabricó otra anotación en el octavo inning, pero esto no les alcanzó para remontar el partido. El marcador final fue de 12 carreras por 9 a favor de los Caribes. Fue un gran encuentro, me gustó ver remontar el marcador y muchos batazos por parte de ambos equipos, ya en esta etapa de la temporada los equipos deben mostrar un mayor nivel en su juego incluso ya con sus refuerzos incluidos en el Line-up y nos deja un muy buen sabor de boca y altas expectativas para el segundo choque de estos dos grandes equipos el día de mañana.
