Todo marchaba y en ocasiones llegue a pensar que el juez del compromiso se había equivocado en algunas decisiones, como suele pasar, pero también vi que flaqueaba ante el reclamo de algunos jugadores de Brasil e iba perjudicando psicológicamente a Colombia, hasta que termina de convertirse en el villano que le robó la ilusión a los cafetaleros de ganar el compromiso por la mínima.

Brasil a la postre ganó, como todos sabemos a una Colombia aguerrida, fuerte, con convicción e ideas claras, en el campo ganaron en el tú a tú, pues la verdeamarela no fue más que ellos.
La controversia y discusiones seguirán a lo largo de la historia y en el futuro vendrán analistas especializados en la materia, árbitros con nueva opiniones, periodistas con observaciones más claras, detalles de reglamentos en fin desnudaran este evento, el impacto que ha causado, pero jamás podrán cambiar el resultado e incluso si Néstor Pitana termina aceptando que se equivocó y que fue su error.
La copa continua y vendrán muchas más, y Colombia a la que desde ahora veo como favorita, porque psicológicamente están bien los jugadores, y creo que sí lograron frenar de esa manera a Brasil en el campo, van a ir por mucho más. Que cada quien se haga su película, en el fútbol los resultados después del último silbato en un partido no se cambian.
