¡Hey, ¿cómo están?, amigos Hivers de la comunidad Full Deportes! Espero que todos estén muy bien. En el día de hoy compartiré con ustedes una nueva disciplina que en definitiva quedará en mi planificación de entrenamiento en el parque. Como saben, yo soy atleta de calistenia, pero a pesar de eso quiero que este año sea diferente probando diversos deportes y practicándolos, ¿con qué objetivo? Con el fin de poder aprender nuevas habilidades para ser un atleta más completo no solo en mi deporte principal sino en muchos ámbitos, lo cual me puede abrir múltiples oportunidades.
Hey, how are you, fellow Hivers of the Full Deportes community! I hope you're all doing great. Today I'm going to share with you a new discipline that will definitely be part of my training plan in the park. As you know, I am a calisthenics athlete, but despite that I want this year to be different by trying different sports and practicing them, with what goal? In order to be able to learn new skills to be a more complete athlete not only in my main sport but in many areas, which can open multiple opportunities for me.

Uno como persona, no solamente tiene que estar en su zona de confort, de que muchos dicen "yo solo hago calistenia, no hago más nada, me interesa solo mi deporte" sin embargo, yo no soy así, el año pasado no probé nuevos deportes por "miedo" más que todo porque no sabía exactamente como jugar y no quería causar alguna molestia a algún equipo. Me he vuelto una persona más sociable para conocer a muchas personas en otros deportes. Como les estaba comentando, en definitiva, todos los días "viernes" me comprometí con unos chicos que suelen venir a jugar voleibol, además de que esta disciplina es muy divertida y entretenida.
Many people say ‘I only do calisthenics, I don't do anything else, I'm only interested in my sport’, but I'm not like that. Last year I didn't try new sports out of ‘fear’, mostly because I didn't know exactly how to play and I didn't want to cause any trouble to a team. I have become a more sociable person so I know a lot of people in other sports. As I was telling you, in short, every ‘Friday’ I got engaged with some guys who usually come to play volleyball, besides that this discipline is very fun and entertaining.

Ayer se subió un poco más el nivel, se logró traer una malla de este deporte, lo cual beneficia a la hora de jugar, más que todo, por la cantidad de puntos que llevan los dos equipos. Ha sido un deporte que me ha enseñado mucho, por ejemplo la malla nos ayudará a entender si la jugada va a parar o va a seguir, hasta donde yo tengo entendido es así, siempre y cuando no haya sido tocado por el jugador o en su defecto si cayó en manos de un jugador, automáticamente cae como punto para el otro equipo, por lo tanto, es una falta. En estas situaciones uno tiene que estar pendiente como jugador.
Yesterday the level was raised a little more, we managed to bring a mesh of this sport, which benefits when playing, more than anything else, for the amount of points that the two teams carry. It has been a sport that has taught me a lot, for example the mesh will help us to understand if the play is going to stop or continue, as far as I understand it is so, as long as it has not been touched by the player or if it fell into the hands of a player, it automatically falls as a point for the other team, therefore, it is a foul. In these situations one has to be vigilant as a player.

Se empezaron los partidos iguales como se solía hacer. Ayer vinieron muchos chicos, la verdad me sentía satisfecho con que haya venido más, ya que ese era el objetivo. Captar a otras personas interesadas en el deporte y así logrando hacer un grupo de personas más grande. Lo cual facilita bastante a la hora de jugar para que no seamos tan pocos jugadores. Hubo risas, partidos que sí se tomaron en serio a la hora de jugar. Esto es lo bueno de conseguir personas a las que les guste practicar el voleibol. Una vez que llegó el anochecer, nos reunimos cada uno para tomar parte del refrigerio y escuchar mensajes que motivan a uno a ser mejor persona cada día, como debemos de afrontar alguna situación difícil, entre muchas otras cosas más. Fue una tarde muy linda y llena de felicidad.
The games started the same as they used to. Yesterday a lot of kids came, I was really pleased that more came, because that was the aim. To attract other people who are interested in the sport and thus to make a bigger group of people. This makes it much easier when it comes to playing so that there are not so few players. There were laughs, games that were taken seriously when it came to playing. That's the good thing about getting people who like to play volleyball. Once it got dark, we all got together to have some refreshments and listen to messages that motivate one to be a better person every day, how to deal with difficult situations, among many other things. It was a very nice evening full of happiness.

Siempre me ha gustado esta disciplina. Es bueno conocer diferentes ambitos en los deportes así aprendemos de todo un poco y aprendemos a reconocer cual es el favorito. Saludos
