Coaches are undeniably one of the most important people that should be in a team. A quality coach can make mediocre players play at the top-tier level. In GLS, each coach behavior is defined by a specific area of their strength.

As mentioned above, it will be difficult to tell that a certain coach is the best as some coaches would excel and some would not. Some that didn't get successful with other players are successful in others. This is why in the transfer market, coaches are definitely one of the most changed position in a football team.

Fleet-footed as they say, is what I think would be the best coach I have experienced and research in my career. His specialty is this:

So there's a special field where this coach excels and for this coach to be become successful, he needs to have the right players to blend in his system. So what are the players does he need? Looking at the above description, he needs the following attributes:

• Strong IN (intercept) - as indicated in his description, chances of movement increases when he has intercepted passes.

• Strong PA (pass) - for a pass to be successful, you need someone having a good PASS for the success of his passes.

• Strong DR (dribble) - to receive a pass, it doesn't only rely PA, but more importantly dribble too. It measures the ability of the player to properly receive a pass.

With all those mentioned things above, I believe in my opinion that Jeff-Sprightly is the best coach that fits in what I need.
