The newly signed player Timo Werner and Kai Havertz debuted in the match against Brighton in the English Premier League match at the Amex stadium as Chelsea won 3-1 with goals from Kurt Zouma, Reece James and Frello Jorginho.
Timo Werner was known to be a player that is always Hungry for goals that's the main reason Chelsea signed him from RB Leipzig to reinforce the attack, his debut was great and he show how ready he was to start scoring for the team and he had a good chances he created. Timo is the kind of striker Chelsea needed with his speed and also his goalscoring ability with dribbling skills. He is really coming along with the team, he never played as a new comer. He has really challenged Tammy Abraham for competition and I am not so sure if Abraham will meet up with his competition. We should be expecting more from Werner and I am so sure he will make the team proud.
Kai Havertz doesn't play so well in the match all because Lampard used him out of position due to unavailability of Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic. Kai Havertz is a good player with more potential but he needed more time to adapt with the team because it's a different game they play in the English Premier League League unlike the Bundesliga. The Chelsea second highest signing still has more to offer the team and we shouldn't judge him with his debut, I know he is not happy with the way he played in the match but hopefully he do more against Liverpool which is Chelsea next match. If all the players are fully available we will see what Havertz is capable of doing, cant just imagine his combination with Matteo Kovacic in the midfield it will be so lit.
Let's see what happen next against Liverpool and hopefully Pulisic should be back and Chilwell with Thiago Silva.
