Simple Yet Effective... The Awesomeness of Brisk Walking and Why it is Really Effective and Beneficial...

Brisk walking is one of those terms that might sound like something special to some persons… however, in reality, it is just as regular as what we see people do on a regular basis without even knowing. We all know that a lot of people love to go on a walk on a warm afternoon or a cool morning or evening… this is great and has a lot of benefits, however, it becomes even more beneficial to kick it up a bit and that is where brisk walking comes into play. I’m one of those people that love to go on a walk as well, I like to do it on a warm afternoon and sometimes in the evening as well… but when I discovered brisk walking and what it is all about and how beneficial it can be when it comes to exercising and keeping the body fit, it was so fascinating that something as simple as increasing the steps of a normal casual walk can be so beneficial to the body.

Brisk walking is basically 100 steps per minute - that's according to a few sources… it is what is considered brisk walking. There are so many health benefits of brisk walking; the main benefits is that brisk walking is a great aerobic exercise which means that it carries the benefits of an aerobic exercise which is super awesome in my opinion. Another benefit of brisk walking is helps to reduce cholesterol and blood pressure which I consider a very useful benefit. Aside from the physical benefits of brisk walking, it is also has very good mental benefits as well. And finally I will conclude by saying, brisk walking is fun (and we all know the benefits of having fun :D)… when I go out to brisk walk, I love to do it with my headphones or ear plugs with my favorite music playlist on shuffle that way I can do as many rounds of brisk walking without even thinking about it.
