Great Post on Body Language, I have Been in retail of about 30 years and have seen a lot of different people come in and yes you can tell how people are by the way they walk and conduct themselves even like you said they don't have to say a word. I have also Learned that if you can get a Customer to smile or laugh before they leave 90% of the the Time I have seen them return because of that feeling they left with.
