Felt like I needed to burn some beer calories off today and so spent an hour on the treadmill walking and jogging on an incline.

Not a bad burnout for a Sunday 👍🏾

One hour? I wouldn't last one hour 🤣 thought I don't consume beer so no calories from there to burn...
