My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2020

Due to the fact, that I shall not visit our office, due to covid19, I went by bike just for fun.
So I stood up early in the morning (5:51 am) and went to our drink water lake.

It was cold and very wet, because it is raining now for days.
I wanted to see the water level.
It still has not reached it's winter target. The last two years have been too dry here.

Despite the bad weather, this place is beautifull.
I like beeing here. It's quit, without people, just nature.

Mindfulness diary:
Health: 100%
Energy: 60% (I've been very tired in the last days)
Satisfaction: 80%

I am thankfull for my family. I am proud of my children.
