Welch ein lieblicher Donnerstag - oder sollte ich Dönerstag sagen? Heute gabs für mich einen XXL Döner, ein halbes Fladenbrot bis obenhin gefüllt. Damals hat der noch 8,90€ gekostet. Jetzt sind wir bei 11€ angekommen. Inflation lässt Grüßen. Für mich war heute vorallem ein Tag, an dem ich lernen musste - daher sind meine Schritte heute praktisch nicht existent und ich habe sogar ein schlechtes Gewissen deswegen... aaaaber ich bin zuversichtlich meine 10K morgen wieder zu machen.
Mit diesem Monat startet für mich auch ein kleines Projekt - insgesamt habe ich es nie wirklich geschafft 1 Monat am Stück meine Actifitposts abzuschicken. Ich versuche einen Monat lang jeden Tag einen Actifitpost zu machen, für jeden Tag an dem mir dies nicht gelingt werde ich für 5€ meinen Mainaccount Power-Upen. Gelingt mit der ganze Monate werde ich im Oktober für 500€ ein Power-Up durchführen. Würde sagen, dass ist mal eine kleine Challenge und Motivation!

What a lovely Thursday - or should I say Dönerstag? Today there was for me an XXL Döner, half a pita bread filled to the top. At that time, the still cost 8.90 €. Now we have arrived at 11 €. Inflation lets greetings. For me, today was above all a day in which I had to learn - so my steps today are practically non-existent and I even have a guilty conscience about it ... buuuut I am confident to do my 10K again tomorrow.
This month also starts a little project for me - overall I never really managed to post my actifitposts 1 month at a time. I try to make an Actifitpost every day for one month, for every day I don't succeed I will power-up my mainaccount for 5€. If I succeed the whole month I will power-up in October for 500€. Would say that is times a small challenge and motivation!

Kommentar - Commentary

Mein Körperfettanteil ist um 0,8 Prozent gestiegen, insgesamt habe ich aber 5 Kilo zugenommen - mein Körper konnte also im Verhältnis einiges an Muskeln aufbauen. Da ich fast 2 Wochen nicht trainieren konnte, halte ich diesen Wert für sehr vernünftig und versuche in den kommenden Wochen diesen noch zu verstärken. Hier wird das meiste aber über die Ernährung ermöglicht.

My body fat percentage has increased by 0.8 percent, but overall I have gained 5 kilos - so my body was able to build up quite a bit of muscle in proportion. Since I could not train for almost 2 weeks, I consider this value very reasonable and try to strengthen it in the coming weeks. But here most of it is made possible by the diet.

Aktuell bin ich mir noch nicht sicher, ob ich gerade den richtigen Ansatz fahre. Die Gummibärchen sollten auf jeden Fall nicht zur Regelmäßigkeit werden - ganz im Gegenteil... Mit 426g Kohlenhydrate bin ich 28g über meinem eingetragenen Ziel - für mich ergibt sich hier aber ein Problem, eigentlich würde ich meine Proteinzufuhr auf 1.5 - 2g pro Kilo Körpergewicht erhöhen. Mit 91 Gram bin ich bei knapp 1g pro Kilo. Mein aktueller Fitnesslevel ist für mich okay - Grundmuskulatur ist ebenfalls vorhanden, ich würde aber gerne noch etwas draufpacken, weshalb ich aktuell gut und gerne Kohlenhydrate esse, ich würde diese aber wohl trotzdem herunterschrauben wollen auf ca. 300g eventuell sogar 250g. Mal schauen ob mir das in den kommenden Tagen gelingen wird.

Currently, I'm not yet sure whether I'm taking the right approach. The gummy bears should in any case not become a regularity - quite the opposite... With 426g carbohydrates I am 28g above my registered goal - but for me there is a problem here, actually I would increase my protein intake to 1.5 - 2g per kilo body weight. With 91 grams I am at just under 1g per kilo. My current fitness level is okay for me - basic muscles are also present, but I would like to add a little more, which is why I currently eat carbohydrates well and gladly, but I would still want to lower them to about 300g or even 250g. Let's see if I will succeed in the coming days.

When I see the same repeat articles in my feed day after day I drop a line similar to what I did there but not everyone is as receptive. Then next time I say something like imagine signing into YouTube and every.single.time you sign in, it's the same author self promoting their exact same content they promoted yesterday and the day before that and tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that.... Eventually the last thing you want to see is that same self promoting author hence YouTube doesn't allow it.

LA Times, same thing, put the name of your favorite source of information here _____ and the sentence reads the same. No one wants to see the same shoes ad in their feed every day.

I get your point - that's why posts in Actifit are not able to receive follow votes from hive.vote and other users ignore it completely. BTW That was the first post I promoted with ecency seems like you saw it a lot :D

I use it like a short diary - I normally try to insert a unique photo of the day, which I did not in the past - shame on me. But now the Feed or the thumbnail should look differently with every post so.

For Ads there is Adblock, for annoying people like me, there is "Mute user" - and I do not mean that in a bad way! It's totally legit to do that^^
