Guten Abend liebe Hivians,
Ich bin gerade unterwegs, mache aber recht schnell noch den Post für heute. Ich war heute WIEDER IM IKEA, ich habe mir selbst nichts gekauft, musste aber für meine Freundin einige Sachen holen. Zur Belohnung habe ich allerdings ein Schnitzel von ihr bekommen. Von daher, guter Deal! 😄

I'm on the go but quickly making today's post. I was at IKEA AGAIN today. I didn't buy anything for myself but had to pick up some stuff for my girlfriend. As a reward, she gave me a schnitzel. So, it was a good deal! 😄
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Die lasse ich mal komplett außen vor. Ich hab zwar ein gutes Defizit allerdings geht der heutige Tag für mich noch etwas länger und wir werden wohl gleich noch etwas trinken gehen. Alkohol hat gut Kalorien ich denke mal das bekomme ich ausgereizt heute.
What about the calories?
My deficit is quite impressive today as well. Due to work, I simply eat much less – I actually have less appetite. But it's not because of stress or anything like that, rather because I'm busy and not thinking about food. At home, I made scrambled eggs and a raw vegetable salad today.
Was sagt mein Gewicht?
Ich wiege heute einfach genauso viel wie gestern. Ehrlich gesagt, weiß ich nicht, was ich dazu sagen soll. Morgen werde ich entweder entwässert sein oder aufgequollen.
What does my weight say?
I weigh exactly the same today as yesterday. Honestly, I don't know what to say about it. Tomorrow, I'll either be dehydrated or bloated.

Und zusätzlich noch das Kaloriendefizit extrem eingehalten, liegt vermutlich an den vielen Schritten.
Also wieder alles richtig gemacht!

Danke! Bin mir zwar nicht sicher ob ich es gestern noch überschritten habe. Habe nicht viel getrunken etwas Gin und ein Bier. Denke aber das sollte Kalorientechnisch noch im Rahmen gewesen sein :P

Joar, Bier ist ja leider ein Killer was die Kalorien angeht, aber Gin weiß ich jetzt nicht.
Denke das wird gepasst haben und falls nicht, dann anz knapp.
