My second longest Run so far!

I did my longest run in one piece in November last year with about 19 km.

Today I decided to run to the 7 km distant neighbour community and finished with 15 km. This is the second longest run in my still very short runner "career".

The pathways were full of pedestrians and also cyclists, who obviously enjoyed the sunny weather.




Meinen längsten Lauf an einem Stück machte ich im November letzten Jahres mit ca. 19 km.

Heute hab ich mir vorgenommen zur 7 km entfernten Nachbar Gemeinde zu laufen und brachte es insgesamt auf 15 km. Das ist bis jetzt der zweitlängste Lauf in meiner noch sehr kurzen Läufer "Karriere".

Die Wege waren voll mit Fußgängern und auch Radfahrern, die das sonnige Wetter sichtlich genossen haben.

Thank you very much! Yes, the day was really lovely! I had to apply sunprotection cream, otherwise I would have risced a sunburn! Have a good start into the new week and - as always - take care!
