Another 5K Walk with Barefoot Shoes.

After a good 20 km of walking with barefoot shoes in the last few days, I have to say that the flexibility of my feet in general and my toes in particular have changed for the better. I feel more flexible in my ankle and I can also move my toes much better than before.
I must say that overall it feels really good. I remember very well how as a child I walked on stony paths and also on stubble fields without any problems.
Maybe by walking with barefoot shoes on a regular basis I will get back to that state again!
Nach gut 20 km Spaziergängen mit Barfußschuhen in den letzten Tagen muss ich feststellen, dass sich die Flexibiliät meiner Füße im Allgemeinen und der Zehen im Besonderen sehr zum Positiven geändert haben. Ich fühle mich im Fußgelenk beweglicher und auch meine Zehen kann ich viel besser bewegen als zuvor.
Ich muss sagen, insgesamt fühlt es sich richtig gut an. Ich erinnere mich gut daran, wie ich als Kind auf steinigen Wegen und auch auf Stoppelfeldern gegangen bin ohne dass es mir irgendetwas ausgemacht hätte.
Vielleicht komme ich durch das regelmäßige Barfußschuhgehen wieder in diesen Zustand zurück!
