Running in the Rain!

The picture above was taken today during a short break of my 10 km run. As you can see, the path is wet. Yes, right, I went running today in the rain.
Actually it started quite well. When I looked outside in the afternoon I saw a lot of grey, dark clouds, but no real rain was visible. At most a very light drizzle. However, during the run this drizzle became stronger and stronger, so that I was quite soaked at the end of the 10 km. Fortunately I had a lightweight rain jacket, which kept most of the wetness away.
But my running shoes were completely soaked!
Anyway, I was looking forward to a hot cup of tea!
Das obige Bild entstand heute bei einer kurzen Verschnaufpause während meines 10 km Laufs. Wie ihr sehen könnt, ist der Weg nass. Ja, richtig, ich ging heute bei Regen Laufen.
Eigentlich fing es ganz gut an. Mein Blick nach draußen am Nachmittag zeigte mir zwar viele grau, düstere Wolken, aber richtiger Regen war nicht zu sehen. Höchstens ein ganz leichtes Nieseln. Allerdings wurde während des Laufes dieses Nieseln immer stärker, so dass ich dann doch am Ende der 10 km ziemlich durchnässt war. Zum Glück hatte ich eine leichte Regenjacke, die die meiste Nässe abgehalten hat.
Meine Laufschuhe allerdings waren völlig durchnässt!
Aber egal, ich freute mich schon auf eine heiße Tasse Tee!
