Dance & Full Body Workout With Lena (Actifit & Appics LiveFitChallenge2021 Day 23)

Today we had session 23 of LiveFitChallenge2021 with Lena. This was the prior to last session before the conclusion of #LiveFitChallenge2021.
It started with a dance workout, and then a full body workout.
