My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2022
I was feeling really tired today but decided to go on a walk anyway. Sometimes exercise can be quite invigorating and I usually feel better after doing it.
The change to cooler weather can cause the tired feeling and make aches and pains more obvious.
I walked up to Sunset Memorial Park while the sun was out. It was chilly with fog rolling in from the coast towards the west.
It can be quite a site. It’s the same feeling I get when hiking up in the mountains when I’m up in the clouds. Its an amazing feeling.
Sun and blue skies were towards the east.
I took a side trip through the woods in Elton Bennett park. I live in a small town with no car and limited places to walk to. It is still beautiful though. The land has many faces and moods even though it’s in the same area.
