건강검진 에서 고혈압이 나왔다 계속 신경이 쓰여 식사 조절을 하기로 마음먹었다 두부랑 우유 유산균 낫또 새싹 보리등을 활용해 노력을 하기 시작했다 처음 맛보는 낫또는 생각보다 먹을만했다 ..ㅋ 평상시에는 배가 부르도록 먹었는데 적당히 먹으니 부대끼지가 않아 속이 편하다..ㅋ 어이구..나이는 못속이나 부다..ㅠ
