この写真は日曜日の正午前の穏やかな、蒸し暑い日の公園です。
ヘアドネーションに行く数分前の風景です。

今日は物凄い大雨です。
災害が起こりませんように。

とても短いですが、今日はこの辺で。

今日は階段を登ったり降りたり…そしたら順調に数値がのびました。
actifitの数値は8,700歩台、もう少しで8,800歩でした。
