My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2020

Started my fitness drive by going for a walk today. At my local park.

Met this fellow.


He waltzed past me. Very fortunate that I'm watchful for anything in front of me. Lots of legs. No shoes though. Looked for a long time just to make sure I didn't miss its kicks.

Workout time.

Two rounds of ten. Felt a little burn.

Two rounds of ten. These repetitions are hard but achievable.

Two rounds of thirty seconds hold. This is a good workout for both abs and shoulders. Sweat is starting to drop at this point.

Two rounds of ten. This is surprisingly easy to do yet hard to master. The legs are of the floor and stuck together. With weights in your arms there is a certain burn that intensifies after the third count.

Two rounds of ten. This one is a doozy. If you do it wrong. Your movements end up fast. If you do it right each move burns. The lower back must touch the ground. Slow deliberate movements and you are done once you feel like your stomach is about to give out.

Two rounds of ten. This is the easy version. No burn, unless you slow it real down. A perfect exercise for the core.
