My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2020
What a day. Woke up earlier than I thought possible.
I was buggered from last night's class. Hard rolling with the boys. Great to see the guys turning up on a Monday night.
Anyway woke up real early this morning and started work straight away. My mind was good today because I actually did some work and had a good walk on the park.
I'd add a picture with this post but it seems the app crashes when I do so, no picture.
Light weight workout tonight. My body is not feeling strong from last night plus got class tomorrow so need to take it back a notch in my workouts. Plus I've slowed my BPC 157 dosages.
Just to allow my body some stress, in case I'm pushing it to much and not feeling anything from the BPC.
