My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2021
Family outing today. To an Instagram destination.
It's not as serene with the clambering of people wanting to get their shot in the pool. Why not though. A two hour hike from a mountain descent.
It's not just about the view down the mountain though. There is also the hike through old trees that give you a sense of yesterday and insignificance against the natural world.
I think the only time in the whole walk where I was feeling something in my legs was walking on the beach sand. Must remember to walk close to the waters edge. The same are harder.
