Missed a few days of entries. No excuses I just forgot to post. But today am here to it must be a good thing. Class tonight was no gi. We been doing lots of stand up drills lately. Mostly wrestling oriented. To athletic for my liking.

I'm a very passive grappler so I'm always getting pushed to be more aggressive and drive forward. I say let them come to me. I find more control that way. But I am trying to push just at my own pace lol.
