My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2021
Whoa big step count. This surprised me. As I'm writing this am trying to figure out how I ended up with it.
Let's trace what exactly happened. Is a bloody mystery through my history!
First I went to work today to had to walk to the station. Which is about two thousand steps. From the front door to the office stay.
Had coffee with a workmate. Then up back to the office seat.
Felt bored so decided to get a Thai massage. That almost killed. Monster hand abused my legs and back. Walked on me to do I think that was not even lots of steps on my part. I would say from the two activities I just did that's not even a grand.
Lunch was say my desk so not allow of steps there either.
Finished work and office door to front door. Another two thousand.
Got home. Worked out for forty five minutes. Chest routine. Nothing to strenuous cos I was still fucked from the massage.
So I have no idea where. This mystery will big me now until I fall asleep.
