My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2021

Worked at the office today. The steps show it. Based on my historical count when am in the office my steps go up.

The rain poured the whole day. The weather was mile though and there was a certain serenity from the rain drops falling. The air was cool to the skin but it didn't bite like a winter's day. It's autumn. Fragments of summer snuck in.

In the afternoon.

I went for a walk at the park. On my way around I stumbled onto this mushroom. Unsure what they were. I still took the picture because I like the sheen from the rain. The button had opened on its top. The brown like we'll cooked pancakes. Fresh from the pan with butter on to just melted.

The previous day the fog rolled in thick And heavy. Barely able to see passed a few houses from me it reminded me of some horror movie. The tension in the air. My breathing heavy. This kind of atmosphere always gets me thinking about zombie movies or vampires. In the end though is just an ordinary day with no horror things appearing before me. Lucky.

Anyway I decided not to go to class tonight. My knee got some pressure on Monday night and feels like it's been twisted and crunched inside. Moments like these I always decide to rest it. Better safe than sorry. A few days of reading it as opposed to just forcing a training session could result in tears that gets bigger and more serious.

Listen. To. Your. Body.

It pays in the long run.
