My Actifit Report Card: May 24 2021
I've been lazy of late. In terms of posting here on Actifit. But in terms of physical activity I've not slowed down.
Unless of course it's my body break. Which I take when I feel like there is a strain that prevents me from performing optimally.
There is also break for injury prevention. When I feel just a bit of strain without any outward pain when training I take time off training. I know that if I continue I will injury that part of my body.
I think it's too do with experience.
