My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2023

Shoulders for dem boulders.

I've been going to the gym to workout my shoulders, I've sort of started to like working them out with free weights and those pulley system equipment.

I've even gotten some good sets that I feel like it's all coming along quite well.

Then it gives me more options with varying my bicep curls. Increasing in increments, the whole overloading concept to build size, not sure or fully convinced on the merit done I want functional size as opposed to just aesthetics.

The constant pull of either looking bulky or being small but functional. I know calisthenics would probably be another workout option but I'm hesitant to get into that kind of workout because from observation each workout is a circuit style workout.

What do I know.

The desire to document my progress at times seems trivial but I think with enough posts in the future I think I'll be able to have a comprehensive journal.
