The level of fitness seems determined in terms of vital importance and prolongation of lives.
All we have to do is exercise for at least 30-60 minutes / day (thank you very much, running, cycling, etc.) to get in shape. In this way we can enjoy better health, but also a longer life without disease. If we add to a regular physical activity a healthy diet and an optimistic and constructive mental attitude, our health would only gain.
