My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2025

SUNNY DAY IS A GREAT DAY

I hope you are doing well and you had a fruitful half-week!

This is my report for yesterday 14 April 2025.

This MONDAY I walked Evie on morning afternoon and evening. Finally she is totally recuperated. i took pictures of garden during our walking.

Afternoon i walked Evie over the seaside. Fire Service Station is nearby the seaside and one street takes its name: Wester Fire Services Street.
I did my meditation on morning after i walked Evie in the morning. It’s amazing how 5 minutes. During morning I tried also another meditation guide 9 minutes, but I still feel better with the 5 minutes meditation.
At evening we walked around the nearby park.

About my steps; I arrived to do more than 11K steps.
