This is my Actifit report for yesterday 27 July 2025.
How was your Sunday?

In my side i began with a morning walking with Evie over the seaside.

She enjoyed but she didn’t want to ho over Dog’s park. She refused to walk over there.
Day was nice, not rainy-day.

I bought an instant coffee which not bad. It’s black coffee made/packed in Saigon. It’s amazing that 2 grams are going in every cup i prepare. It has 15 packets. So it’s just enough for a week or less…

I realised a product from Mexico is sold nearby, it’s Avalon from California-Mexico.

About my steps i reached +12K steps.
