Actifit report for yesterday 6 November 2025.

This Thursday was cloudy day.

After school i want to Radiology for an ultrasound. It’s part of the follow up. I still was feeling painful my body after the physiotherapy on Wednesday.

Well, it was less than an hour to do it.

I did 11K steps. I walked more because i lost the way to get the laboratory. But i still got in time.
