My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2021

Today is Sunday and I did rest most of the time today as wellbecause I had quite a busy week.

Since week was busy so weekend should be restful and that's what I am doing. Did a walk after dinner for about half an hour am that's how I made the score of 6k steps.

tomorrow is Monday which is going to be quite busy once again and hope I get time to walk around.

Despite being a restful day after a busy week you managers to do 6k activity, which shows your dedication and determination. We can not ignore the Heath and good benefits of a small walk even if it’s indoor.
