My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2023
Another day another bus. Today I was back onto our spare white bus to pick the children up. At least it keeps them guessing as to what to look for in the mornings.
After my first shift at work, I went out for a run. I think I'll be giving up on the coaching app I'm currently using as it doesn't offer any flexibility on the types of runs on particular days. I was supposed to be doing a 4.8km easy run today but I ended up doing 16km around a route I did quite often last year. It turns out that this is the longest run I've done so far this year.
I really must learn to check that actifit is running before I go out for a run. I checked to see what my step count was once I arrived home only to find that the app had stopped just before I left for my run. I suspect that I accidentally closed it myself by hitting the back button too many times as this is when I did my post for the previous day. I would say "lesson learned " but I suspect I'll re-learn it again in a few weeks time.

I just hate it when that happens! I have done the same thing, I usually check it before my run but have for some reason managed to close it a couple of times by accident.

Thank you, although the photo was just a bit of luck really. I didn't have my camera on me, so I used my phone to take a picture of a red kite as I've haven't seen one in Keynsham before. It came out as the tiny black dot in the dark grey cloud in the lower middle part of the sky.
