Hands are stiff from holding the @actifit tracker for 10,000 steps.

Carried the @androidsteps phone in hand, because the tracker stopped counting steps twice.

Restarted phone at 5500 steps and closed the actifit app twice.

Having a hard time typing report, because the hands feel frozen.

A very solid 10 K @actifit Step day today my friend! You can get Velcro arm bands or leg bands for your phone so you don't have to hold it it makes it much easier that's what I do take care have a wonderful day stay healthy!
