138k steps in 9 days - Right on schedule
One of my goals this month is to get into the habit of running 3 km daily and to walk to at least 15k steps on average per day.
That's exactly why I began this self imposed challenge of reaching 450k steps in 30 days using one of Hive's most popular dApp: Actifit.
So far, so good. I'm up to 138k steps in 9 days, meaning that I'm about 15,300 daily steps on average. Damn right, feels great.
Today was a slow day, I walked around with Alai and did some chores, did some gardening and visited the Vet so she could check on Alai and her heart problems, also we got more meds for both her heart and the liquid retention.
Pretty nice setup, I'm already around 15 days (I'm not counting on this challenge 6 days where I didn't have a cellphone and couldn't track my steps with Actifit, gotta stay true and transparent even though it's a self imposed challenge).
