House Gym for the win | An Actifit complement
For those of you who know me, you know I try to excercise daily, if not by going to the street gyms or the park bars, at least at home.
I have a small setup in my building's roof where I can do some pull-ups, chin-ups and abs.
I didn't go out yesterday, but I did walk a lot inside the house and at night, I spent around 40 minutes at the bar.
That's my back, it ain't the strongest, sharpest nor biggest back, but it's honest work.

Ah that so cool man, the one I'm using is not mine but the neighbour let's me use it :P
I'm a big fan of outdoor gyms, I prefer them much more than the indoor, full of people, loud and smelly ones haha
